Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned normally by post (forwarder freight, e.g. outboard motors), these costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately [please insert amount] euros, depending on model and region. Please contact us before returning – we are happy to arrange the forwarder collection for you.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
