The ePropulsion Spirit 2 is the fourth generation of the popular integrated electric outboard – stronger, smarter and still wonderfully quiet. 2 kW of continuous power (commonly rated by dealers at around 5 hp) confidently drive tenders, dinghies, fishing boats and day sailers; in the tiller version, Boost mode delivers a brief 3 kW for current or headwind.
The integrated 1,539 Wh lithium battery connects via quick-release – no cable clutter, fitted in seconds. Under sail the battery recharges itself through hydrogeneration (up to 1.5 kW at 16 knots). Via the Type-C port the motor becomes a power station for your phone, fish finder or lights. Charging takes around 8 hours (standard) or just 2 hours with the fast charger; for more range you can also connect an external 48 V E-Series battery (E60/E100/E163).
From around 20.6 kg (motor plus battery) it stays easy to carry; the folding tiller locks into four positions and doubles as a carry handle when folded. The lithium battery ships as dangerous goods. Choose tiller or remote steering and the right shaft length (Extra Short / Short / Long) – the Extra Short variant is tiller-only.

Nein – die Remote-Version ist für Steuerrad-Boote vorbereitet (Lenkanbindung), die Fernsteuerung wird separat bestellt. Wir stellen dir das passende Paket gern zusammen.
Bei sparsamen 500 W läuft er auf dem internen 1.539-Wh-Akku rund 3 Stunden für etwa 21 km, bei voller Leistung entsprechend weniger. Unter Segeln lädt die Rekuperation den Akku sogar wieder auf. Werte aus Herstellertests (11,5-Fuß-Aluboot, eine Person, ruhiges Wasser) – real abhängig von Boot, Wind und Zuladung.
In der Pinnen-Version liefert der Boost kurzzeitig 3 kW statt 2 kW – der zusätzliche Schub hilft gegen Strömung, Gegenwind oder beim Ablegen. Die Fernlenk-Version hat keinen Boost.
Für Tender, Beiboote, Angelboote und Daysailer; Händler nennen eine Eignung bis rund 2.000 kg Bootsverdrängung. Für Segler ist die Rekuperation besonders attraktiv.
